BioTrack x LeafTrade Trip Manager
Middleware that connects LeafTrade (order management) and BioTrack (drivers, vehicles, inventory) so delivery trips are built from orders and executed with assigned resources, route planning, and automated manifests. It replaces manual coordination and reduces errors in day-of delivery operations.

Delivery operations were split across two systems—orders in LeafTrade and drivers, vehicles, and inventory in BioTrack—requiring manual coordination, duplicate data entry, and ad-hoc route planning, which increased errors and slowed trip execution.

The Solution
A Flask middleware app that pulls ready orders from LeafTrade, lets users group orders into trips and assign two drivers and one vehicle from BioTrack, generates turn-by-turn routes via Google Maps Routes API, and on trip finalization automates BioTrack inventory moves, manifest creation, and completion notifications.
