The platform answers every after-hours call with an AI receptionist, extracts structured lead data (name, phone, address, issue, urgency), and delivers a summary to the owner’s inbox and dashboard within 30 seconds. Built as a multi-tenant Flask app with Twilio, Deepgram, and Gemini for voice, plus Stripe for subscriptions.
The Challenge
Local service businesses (plumbers, HVAC, towing, etc.) lose after-hours leads to voicemail or no answer. Live answering services cost $300+/month and don’t scale. Owners needed reliable, low-cost coverage that captures every call and surfaces actionable leads instantly.

Multi-tenant design with per-business hours, trial (7 days or 25 calls), Stripe Checkout/Portal and usage-based overage sync, and PRO tier API access for integrations.
